Due to the nature of our business being focused around sustainability and protecting our environment and natural resources, some of our Smokehouse Delights Products such as the Pickled Herring are subjected to seasonal availibility.

We only harvest and process what is available at any given time during the year because our fleet is continously fishing throughout the year, adapting to weather and species availabilty, to ensure the freshest and highest quality products are brought to you, our valued customer.
